Safekeeping of Assets

Cashflow Monitoring

Oversight

Verify asset custody and ownership and confirm assets are registered in line with regulatory requirements, while transferring or disposing of assets in accordance with applicable laws and fund rules.

Monitor cash flow to account for receipt of payments and cash transfers and certify that cash movements comply with applicable laws and relevant local rules. Detect and prevent cash flow irregularities, including unauthorized and fraudulent transactions.

Oversee day-to-day fund operations, including calculating fund unit/share price, accurately valuing scheme property, and accounting for, allocating and distributing fund incomes. Support compliance with provisions of the Prospectus or equivalent scheme documentation and facilitate fair treatment of incoming and outgoing investors in the fund.
