BNY Mellon announced today that Ed Fandrey will join the bank as Head of Global Client Management, effective Monday, October 10. Based in New York, he will report to Akash Shah, BNY Mellon’s Chief Growth Officer.

At a defining moment for our industry, he will be responsible for helping bring BNY Mellon’s full suite of financial services and technology solutions to clients to aid them in their transformation journeys,” said Mr. Shah. “Ed joins us with a track record of building exceptional client franchises across multiple sectors and will be an important figure in the next period of growth for our firm.”
During his two decades at Microsoft, most recently as Vice President of Financial Services, Fandrey was responsible for helping large institutional clients to digitally transform their operating models around the world. As President of National Sales and Marketing at LPL Financial, he was responsible for helping the wealth management industry attract new clients, increase wallet share, retain investors and manage their practices.
Fandrey is also affiliated with several community leadership and philanthropic organizations including NPower, which has a mission to create pathways to economic prosperity by launching digital careers for military veterans and young adults from underserved communities.
