Catherine Keating to Retire from BNY

After six and a half years as Global Head of BNY Wealth, Catherine Keating is retiring from the company.

“During her career, Catherine has led institutional and wealth businesses during times of transformation with an unwavering focus on being a steward for clients, guiding them through more than three decades of market cycles including the global financial crisis and other periods of unprecedented financial disruption,” said Robin Vince, Chief Executive Officer. “We thank Catherine for her many years of service and wish her all the best in the future.”

While at BNY, Catherine expanded how we work with some of the most financially successful individuals, families and businesses. She led the 2020 launch of the Investor Solutions division, BNY's Multi-Asset Solutions segment today known as BNY Advisors. With deep appreciation for our 240-year heritage, Catherine introduced the award-winning “Active Wealth” framework that empowers clients to take an institutional approach to build and sustain their wealth based on analyzing BNY’s centuries of working with families.

“BNY Wealth is an important facet of our company thanks to Catherine’s leadership,” said Jose Minaya, Global Head of BNY Investments and Wealth. “We are grateful for all she has done to build a strong foundation from which we will continue to invest and grow.”
