FImetrix announced its rankings on March 27, 2018.
BNY Mellon has attained the recognition each year since 2012.
FImetrix, a market research firm specializing in financial institutions, bases its Distinguished Provider rankings on research conducted with over 550 banks globally. In this year’s research, BNY Mellon clients consistently reported that the bank has exceeded global market standards in delivering transaction services. Factors included operational efficiency, customer service, technology, product range, and employee skill sets. The accolade comes at a time when competition in transaction services is increasing.
