Adam is Senior Executive Vice President, Global Head of Wealth Solutions at BNY, and a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

Wealth Solutions encompasses BNY Pershing/Wealth Services, a platform offering scalable wealth technology and comprehensive advisory solutions, and BNY Managed Accounts Solutions, a fully integrated platform allowing asset and wealth managers to deliver customized portfolios across asset classes. Together, this team provides market leading, integrated services to clients across the wealth ecosystem.

Prior to this role, Adam served as Global Head of Markets at BNY and a member of the company's Executive Committee. He is a seasoned industry leader, with more than 25 years of experience across global capital markets. Prior to joining BNY in 2016, Adam held a wide variety of executive positions across the FICC complex at Deutsche Bank. He began his career in New Zealand and spent more than a decade in London before relocating to New York in 2014.

Adam has held a number of industry advisory positions throughout his career, including serving as Vice Chair of the Board of Directors for the Global Financial Markets Association and as a member of the Foreign Exchange Committee of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York.

He holds a Bachelor of Management Studies First Class Honors Degree from the University of Waikato in Hamilton, New Zealand.
