Sarah is Chief Talent Officer at BNY and an ex-officio member of the Executive Committee. In this role, Sarah oversees all areas of the firm’s global talent strategy, people function and people processes, as well as communications and the firm’s Executive Office. In this role, Sarah co-leads BNY’s People, Engagement & Impact organization alongside Jennifer Xi, Chief Corporate Affairs Officer. 

Prior to her current role, Sarah helped stand up the firm’s Corporate Affairs function, overseeing talent strategy and communications and served as Chief of Staff to BNY Chief Executive Officer Robin Vince, where she advanced strategic priorities across the enterprise and supported the firm’s transformation. She also led BNY’s Community Banking and Solutions team, partnering with community banks to help them leverage BNY’s global capabilities and scale. 

Before joining BNY, Sarah worked in management consulting at Kepler Cannon, advising leading financial institutions and insurance companies on strategy and digital transformation initiatives. She later joined Unqork, a no-code technology company, where she partnered with clients to solve complex business challenges and drive growth. 

Sarah earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University.
