WEEK ONE
Assimilation Week
Meet your manager, team and buddy. Learn the workplace norms that help you settle in with confidence.
WEEK TWO
Induction
Come together in person for a week-long induction — hear from senior leaders, take part in panel discussions, build your network, and learn about the business at BNY.
FIRST ROTATION
Knowledge Building
Live virtual workshops to continue learning about BNY and its platforms, followed by peer action group learning working through case studies to continue building your knowledge as you onboard into your first rotation.
EVERY 8 MONTHS
Cohort Connect Day
Come together in person for Cohort Connect Days focused on learning about BNY, hackathons, and wellbeing. In between, stay connected through mentoring circles and a speaker series.
PROMOTION
Transition to Associate
Supported for the transition through mentoring and a development plan built with your manager — with recognition for your 2 year Analyst program completion and progression to Associate.

Assessment
If your profile is a match, you'll move into our assessment stage, where you'll meet BNY professionals, complete a short assessment, and have conversations that help us get to know the real you. It's also your chance to learn more about our culture, explore career paths, and discover how you can make an impact at BNY.

Interview
The interview stage is designed to be a two-way conversation. You'll connect with BNY professionals, showcase your skills and potential, and gain a deeper understanding of our culture, purpose, and career opportunities while exploring how you can grow and make an impact at BNY.

Offer
If we're aligned on the opportunity and believe you'll thrive at BNY, we'll be excited to extend an offer to join our Early Careers Program. After meeting with our professionals and learning about life at BNY, you'll have the information you need to take the next step in building a meaningful career with us.
WHO CAN BE A BNY ANALYST?
Undergraduates
Current undergraduate students graduating by December 2026-May 2027 not requiring sponsorship for employment visa status, now or in the future.
All Majors
Open to all majors; strong focus on business-related and/or technology-related majors.
Academic Qualifications
We look for early career candidates who demonstrate strong academic performance and are in good standing at their university. Academic requirements vary by region and program, and applicants should meet the minimum GPA, degree classification, or equivalent academic standard for the location in which they are applying.
