Jayee Koffey is Chief Global Affairs Officer at BNY and a member of the Executive Committee.

In this role, she leads BNY’s commercial enablement and go-to-market strategies and is responsible for shaping the firm’s positioning with clients and key stakeholders globally. Jayee chairs the BNY Institute and oversees marketing, sustainability and global affairs. Jayee serves as Executive Sponsor for BNY's Women’s Initiative Network. She also serves on the boards of the French-American Foundation and the Perelman Performing Arts Center (PAC NYC).

Prior to joining BNY in 2022, Jayee held a range of responsibilities at Goldman Sachs, including leadership roles spanning risk, finance and international markets. She spent the earlier part of her career in investment banking and private equity. She completed her undergraduate studies at UC Berkeley and the University of Auckland and holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Jayee lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
