Jayee Koffey is Chief Global Affairs Officer at BNY and a member of the Executive Committee.

In this role, she leads BNY’s commercial enablement and go-to-market strategies and is responsible for shaping the firm’s positioning with clients and key stakeholders globally. Jayee chairs the BNY Institute and oversees marketing, sustainability and global affairs.

Jayee serves as Executive Sponsor for the Women’s Initiative Network and chairs the BNY Foundation. She is also on the board of the French-American Foundation.

Jayee previously held a number of senior roles at Goldman Sachs. Since joining BNY in 2022, she has drawn on extensive leadership experience in roles spanning risk, regulatory relations, ESG, finance, and international markets. Her earlier career includes private equity and investment banking. She holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees from UC Berkeley and the University of Auckland. Jayee lives in New York City with her husband and three children.
