HEART’s mission is to raise awareness and leverage the talent of employees with diverse abilities to help build a supportive and accessible environment at BNY.  We provide advice, education and support for all employees across our core pillars related to visible and non-visible disability, neurodiversity, mental health, chronic and life health experiences and caring, and contribute to thought leadership that drives improvements and best practice across our business.

IMPACT focuses on cultural exchange and seeks to nurture a sense of belonging amongst all our employees, clients and the communities we serve.  We align our programming and learnings to drive business impact, build talent and engage in the communities in which we live and work.

PRISM is committed to fostering an environment where every individual feels a profound sense of belonging. Our LGBTQ+ Employee Resource Group is open to all employees and plays a pivotal role by championing self-expression, promoting opportunity, and cultivating authenticity.  Together, we aim to exceed client expectations, improve operations, and cultivate respect for all.

VETNET is open to all employees and focuses on supporting veterans, veteran families and their allies. Leveraging our leadership and management strengths to deliver firm-wide initiatives, VETNET highlights transferable skills and value-add. The E/BRG seeks to foster a supportive veteran community within BNY and continue to deliver charitable external initiatives/philanthropic activities for the wider community.
