Ombudsman
The Ombudsman's Office is an exclusive channel for issues that have not been resolved by the Customer Service (SAC). To activate the Ombudsman's Office, it is necessary to have the protocol number previously provided when filing your complaint with the SAC.
The Ombudsman's Office can be contacted by calling 0800 021 9512 from Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 6 pm, or by email ouvidoria@bny.com.
