Information about Best Execution Principles

We make sure that we achieve the best result that is in your interest when buying or selling fund units. We process transactions in fund units directly through the fund company managing the respective funds or their custodian bank.

According to the current fund prospectuses HANSAINVEST Hanseatische Investment Gesellschaft can apply for the listing of the fund units of:

  • Hansapost Megatrend             DE0005317374
  • Hansapost Balanced                DE0008006263
  • Hansapost Europa                     DE0009770289
  • Hansapost Eurorent                  DE0008006255
  • Hansapost Triselect                   DE0009770370

at a stock exchange or another organised market. Moreover it can not be excluded that the units are introduced to an over-the-counter market.

We have decided to execute the share transactions directly through HANSAINVEST. This is supported in particular by the reliability due to the high probability of execution compared to an order on the stock exchange. In addition, transaction costs are low and the calculation of the share price is regulated by law.

The forwarding of orders to HANSAINVEST means that you will receive the respective issue or redemption price in accordance with the General Terms and Conditions.

The Bank of New York Mellon SA/NV, Asset Servicing, Niederlassung Frankfurt am Main aligns its actions at all times with the interests of its clients. Therefore, it is self evident for us to place focused attention on potential conflicts of interest.

However, due to the complexity of the business world in general and the financial sector in particular, the emergence of conflicts of interest is sometimes unavoidable. The bank has therefore developed and implemented appropriate measures, procedures and processes to deal with conflicts of interest.

With the enclosed information, we would like to present possible conflicts of interest that may arise and explain our solutions.
