4月居民消费价格环比上涨0.6%，整体消费者物价指数同比涨幅从3.3%升至3.8%，创下2023 年5月以来新高。核心物价环比上涨0.3%，同比涨幅由2.6%攀升至2.8%，为2025年10月以来最高水平。尽管本次通胀数据表现偏强，但短期内美联储大概率不会转变宽松货币政策倾向。
能源价格持续冲击消费者
剔除能源品类后，多数商品通胀走势趋于平稳。4月核心商品价格持平，关税敏感类商品当月仅上涨0.1%，意味着贸易政策带来的影响逐步消退。
4月食品通胀环比上涨0.5%，肉禽、水产及生鲜蔬果等副食价格涨幅明显，外出就餐消费价格涨幅则相对平缓。
能源拉动通胀上行，其余多数品类物价基本平稳
中东供应链扰动持续推高能源通胀，能源类商品（尤其以汽油、燃油为主）受冲击最为显著。航空票价走高，也持续传导至交通服务价格。

政府停摆影响逐步消退，住房成本涨幅走高
住房成本是消费者物价指数中占比最高的分项，其同比涨幅从3% 升至3.3%，创下2025年10月以来新高。不过，这反映了去年政府停摆带来的最后余波。受统计核算方式影响，停摆期间住房价格数据一度被压低，这一偏差在4 月彻底消除。结合租房市场先行指标来看，住房成本后续大概率将延续通胀放缓态势。
住房或为CPI带来阶段性支持
CPI数据比表面看起来更好？
能源冲击持续时间越长，其传导至更具持续性的核心服务领域的风险就会上升。
目前来看，只要长期通胀预期保持稳定且第二轮通胀效应表现温和，我们认为美联储仍将倾向于看淡能源价格波动的影响。
尽管美联储可能越来越倾向于从宽松立场转向中立立场，但我们认为，要将潜在加息提上议事日程仍需跨越较高的门槛。
