Why invest in this Fund?
- The Fund seeks high total return (consisting of income and capital appreciation).
- To pursue its goal, the Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed-income securities of emerging markets issuers. The Fund invests principally in fixed-income securities denominated in hard currencies, such as U.S. dollar, Euro, or pound sterling. The Fund may also invest in fixed-income securities denominated in local currencies, which typically will be hedged to the U.S. dollar.
- In constructing the Fund’s portfolio, the fund's sub-adviser, Insight North America LLC, focuses on identifying undervalued fixed-income markets, currencies, sectors and securities.
- The Fund’s investments in emerging markets includes pre-emerging markets (also known as frontier markets). Emerging market countries in which the fund may invest may have sovereign ratings that are below investment grade (i.e., Baa3/BBB- or lower) ("high yield" or "junk" bonds) or may be unrated. The Fund may invest significantly in bonds rated below investment grade.
- The fund’s liquid ETF structure allows investors to buy or sell any time the market is open.

Main Risks
ETFs trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, including possible loss of principal.
Bonds are subject to interest rate, credit, liquidity, call and market risks, to varying degrees. Generally, all other factors being equal, bond prices are inversely related to interest-rate changes and rate increases can cause price declines.
Investing in foreign denominated and/or domiciled securities involves special risks, including changes in currency exchange rates, political, economic, and social instability, limited company information, differing auditing and legal standards, and less market liquidity. These risks generally are greater with emerging market countries.
The risks associated with investments in frontier market countries include all the risks described above for investments in foreign securities and emerging markets, although the risks are magnified for frontier market countries. Because frontier markets are among the smallest, least mature and least liquid of the emerging markets, investments in frontier markets generally are subject to a greater risk of loss than investments in developed markets or traditional emerging markets.
High yield bonds involve increased credit and liquidity risk than higher rated bonds and are considered speculative in terms of the issuer's ability to pay interest and repay principal on a timely basis.
The use of derivatives involves risks different from, or possibly greater than, the risks associated with investing directly in the underlying assets. Derivatives can be highly volatile, illiquid, and difficult to value and there is the risk that changes in the value of a derivative held by the portfolio will not correlate with the underlying instruments or the portfolio's other investments.
