Jose Minaya is Global Head of BNY Investments and Wealth, which manages over $2.3 trillion in client assets. He is also a member of the company’s executive committee.

Prior to BNY in September 2024, Jose served as President and CEO of Nuveen, a leading global asset management firm with more than $1 trillion under management, responsible for overseeing all global operating and investment activities across equities, fixed income, real estate, private markets, natural resources, alternatives and responsible investments. He joined TIAA in 2004 as a fixed income portfolio manager after more than 10 years of investment experience at firms including AIG, Merrill Lynch and J.P. Morgan.

Jose is also a member of the Board of Trustees of Manhattan College and the Board of Advisors of the Amos Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, where he earned an MBA. In addition, he serves on the boards of several companies and charitable organizations, including Moody's, the National Forest Foundation, the Investment Company Institute and the Investment Committee of the Board of Regents of the Smithsonian Institution.

A longtime advocate of belonging and inclusion, Jose is Chair of the Governing Board of Directors of the Robert Toigo Foundation, which promotes inclusive leadership in finance and beyond, and was Executive Sponsor of TIAA's Inclusion and Diversity initiative.

Stephanie M. Pierce is the Deputy Head of BNY Investments. In this role, Stephanie is responsible for the Dreyfus money market business, the Mellon index business and BNY Advisors, which provides customized client solutions. Stephanie is an entrepreneurial investment management veteran adept at driving strategic change and commercial innovation as well as a recognized industry leader.

In 2023, she was named one of the Most Influential Women in Institutional Investing by Pensions & Investments and received the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Leadership Award from the Defined Contribution Institutional Investment Association (DCIIA). In 2024, she was named to the 2024 YouTube Empower Advocates list. Prior to joining BNY in 2018, Stephanie served as Executive Vice President, Investment Product Group at Fidelity Investments, where she led product strategy, thought leadership and institutional portfolio management for Fidelity’s asset management business. Before joining Fidelity, Stephanie was Senior Vice President, Product Management, Business Development and Client Portfolio Management at Janus Henderson.

Stephanie also spent 13 years at Goldman, Sachs & Co. in roles of increasing responsibility in the investment management, investment research and securities divisions. Stephanie earned an BA in International Relations from Stanford University and holds the Series 24, 7 and 3 certifications. She is a member of the Advisory Boards of the Journal of Portfolio Management and the Journal of Retirement, and a member of Young Presidents Organization. Stephanie serves on the Governance Committee and Leadership Board at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, the Board of Advisors for Boston Ballet, and the Board of Trustees for the US Ski and Snowboard Foundation. 

David DiPetrillo is Head of North America Distribution at BNY Investments, where he leads commercial strategy and client coverage activity across Wealth, Retirement, and Institutional channels. He is a member of the BNY Investments Leadership team, and President of the BNY Mellon Family of Funds and BNY Mellon ETFs. Prior to his current role, David served as Head of North America Product for BNY Investments where he was responsible for strategy & innovation, positioning, implementation, and governance across Mutual Fund, ETF, Collective Trust, SMA, and Custom Portfolio product lines. David joined BNY in 2005 in a Strategy & Planning role. During his 20 years at the firm, he has held various leadership roles across Distribution, Product, Marketing, and Strategy. Prior to BNY, David worked at E*TRADE as a Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis supporting the U.S. Retail Brokerage business.

He began his career as a strategy consultant at Dean & Company, where he advised senior executives at Fortune 500 clients on growth and business transformation strategies. Across David’s 25 years of industry experience, he has spent over 20 years focused on the Investments and Wealth segments within Financial Services. David earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Government from Dartmouth College, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He is a CFA¹ charterholder and holds Series 7, 24, and 63 FINRA licenses. He currently serves on the Investment Company Institute (ICI) Board of Governors.

Gerald is Managing Director and Head of EMEA Distribution, BNY Investments and is based in London, UK. His responsibilities include overall distribution and client strategy; management of sales, marketing, product strategy and development, client services, and operational areas. Gerald leads (SMF1, SMF3) BNY Mellon Investment Management EMEA Ltd., UK and is chair of EMEA Distribution’s Executive Committee. In addition to IM EMEA Ltd, Gerald is a Board Director of BNY Mellon Fund Management (Luxembourg) S.A. Prior to joining BNY in 2013, Gerald held distribution, product, trading and portfolio management roles in the USA, UK and UAE since 1999. He is an American and British citizen, holds an MBA from Bayes Business School London (2004, formerly Cass Business School) and is a Chartered Financial Analyst® (CFA) ¹

Doni Shamsuddin is the Head of Asia Pacific for BNY Investments. Doni is responsible for the company’s strategic objective to grow our Investments business in Asia Pacific. He is a member of BNY’s Asia Pacific Leadership Council and a Board Director of various BNY companies. His career at BNY spans over 22 years, with a total of 27 years of international experience in the financial services industry spanning London, Tokyo and Hong Kong. Doni is a board member of the City Mental Health Alliance Hong Kong, a non-profit organization which supports businesses in fostering mentally healthy workplaces.     Most recently Doni served as the CEO of Asia Pacific ex Japan for BNY Mellon Investment Management.  Prior to this, he was the CEO of Hong Kong & Co-Head of Asia Pacific. Doni joined the firm in January 2003 from Mazars in London where he was a Senior Auditor.  Doni is a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and a CFA¹ charterholder. He holds a B.A. in Accounting, Financial Management and Economics from The University of Sheffield.

John is Newton’s Chief Investment Officer. John is responsible for alpha generation of all investment strategies across the firm. He is also lead portfolio manager for the BNY Mellon Innovators ETF. Before joining Newton, John was chief investment officer at Mellon Investments Incorporation. Earlier roles included head of equity, active equity chief investment officer, and senior portfolio manager at Mellon and The Boston Company Asset Management (both BNY group companies). Prior to joining BNY, John served as president and chair of the investment committee at Seaward Management. Before Seaward Management, John was the founder and chief investment officer of JP3 Capital Management LLC. Prior to JP3, he spent 15 years at Fidelity Investments in various portfolio manager and research roles. John has a BS and an MS in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and an MBA from the University of Chicago.

Raman was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Insight in April 2025. In this role, he leads the Executive Management Committee and is responsible for overseeing the firm's strategic direction and overall operations. With over 25 years of experience in the investment industry, Raman brings deep investment expertise and a strong track record of leadership. Prior to joining Insight, he served as Executive Vice-President and Global Chief Investment Officer at Great-West Lifeco. There, he was a key member of the senior executive team, working closely with the CEO and Board of Directors on a broad range of investment, capital market, and strategic initiatives.

Raman has held prominent leadership roles across North America, the UK and Europe, including serving as Director and Chair of the Board for several asset management firms, covering both public and private markets. Earlier in his career, he was Managing Director of Global Fixed Income at Mellon Investments and spent more than a decade at Putnam Investments as a fixed income portfolio manager. Raman holds a Master of Science in Computational Finance from Carnegie Mellon University and a Bachelor of Mathematics, Actuarial Science from the University of Waterloo. He is a CFA¹ charterholder.

Michael Beveridge is Head of UK Intermediary Distribution at BNY Investments, leading the UK Wholesale Distribution team, covering all wholesale channels. Working closely with other functional areas across the business and the seven investment firms, Michael ensures a strong connection between the UK investment professionals and BNY Investments.

Michael has 23 years’ experience of the UK Wholesale market. Previous experience includes a pivotal role in building the Aberdeen Standard Investments brand from a distribution lens in the UK.

Richard Parkin is Head of Retirement for BNY Investments. In this role he is responsible for working with our intermediary clients on developing their approach to retirement planning and investment. He also acts as a spokesperson for the firm on retirement issues particularly as they relate to investment.

Richard has over 30 years’ experience in the industry, focused entirely on Defined Contribution (DC) pensions and retirement. He started his career as a DC Investment Consultant at Towers Perrin in 1991 moving to a product development role with Phillips & Drew (now UBS Global Asset Management) in 1998. Richard joined Fidelity International four years later where he originally led its workplace proposition team before taking the role of Head of Retirement for the UK business in 2013, just before the introduction of pension freedom and choice.

He left Fidelity at the end of 2017 to set up his own business providing strategy consulting to pension providers and asset managers as well as delivering an award-winning annual research report on retirement advice with NextWealth. During this time Richard worked closely with BNY Investments before taking up his role with the firm in March 2023.

Richard is also a non-executive director and chair of the Risk Committee at the Financial Services Compensation Scheme. He holds a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick. Richard has a BSc in Mathematics from the University of Warwick.

Jane is Managing Director of Walter Scott. Having joined the firm in 1995 as an investment analyst, she has held a range of investment, management, client service and governance responsibilities and was instrumental in the development of the firm’s US investment strategy. Jane co-chaired Walter Scott’s Investment Management Group before becoming Managing Director in 2010. She holds a BSc (Hons) in Marine and Environmental Biology from the University of St Andrews.
