Why invest in this Fund?
- The Fund seeks high total return (consisting of income and capital appreciation) consistent with the preservation of capital. To pursue its goal, the Fund normally invests at least 80% of its net assets, plus any borrowings for investment purposes, in fixed-income securities.
- The fixed-income securities in which the Fund invests principally include bonds, notes (including structured notes), mortgage-related securities, asset-backed securities, floating rate loans (limited to up to 20% of the Fund's net assets) and other floating rate securities, and Eurodollar and Yankee dollar instruments.
- The Fund generally invests in eight or more countries, but always invests in at least three countries, one of which may be the United States; however, the Fund will not invest more than 70% of its assets, at the time of purchase, in the United States. The Fund may invest up to 40% of its assets in emerging markets.
- The Fund normally invests primarily in fixed-income securities rated investment grade (i.e., Baa3/BBB- or higher) at the time of purchase or, if unrated, determined to be of comparable quality by the fund's sub-adviser. The Fund, however, may invest up to 25% of its assets in fixed-income securities rated, at the time of purchase, below investment grade ("high yield" or "junk" bonds), but not rated lower than B.
- The fund’s liquid ETF structure allows investors to buy or sell any time the market is open.

Asset Allocation
Main Risks
ETFs trade like stocks, are subject to investment risk, including possible loss of principal.
Bonds are subject to interest rate, credit, liquidity, call and market risks, to varying degrees. Generally, all other factors being equal, bond prices are inversely related to interest-rate changes and rate increases can cause price declines.
Investing in foreign denominated and/or domiciled securities involves special risks, including changes in currency exchange rates, political, economic, and social instability, limited company information, differing auditing and legal standards, and less market liquidity. These risks generally are greater with emerging market countries.
High yield bonds involve increased credit and liquidity risk than higher rated bonds and are considered speculative in terms of the issuer's ability to pay interest and repay principal on a timely basis.
The use of derivatives involves risks different from, or possibly greater than, the risks associated with investing directly in the underlying assets. Derivatives can be highly volatile, illiquid, and difficult to value and there is the risk that changes in the value of a derivative held by the portfolio will not correlate with the underlying instruments or the portfolio's other investments.
