purporting to offer financial services and requesting personal identification and banking information on social networks (e.g., Facebook), messaging applications (e.g., WhatsApp and Telegram), e-mails or telephone calls. These schemes are in no way associated with, licensed, sponsored or endorsed by BNY or its affiliates – BNY does not and will not solicit business
or payment (in any form) through social networks, messaging applications, or telephone calls.
