Maximum swing factor
The swing factor described in the prospectus will not exceed 2%. However, the Directors may temporarily increase the maximum swing factor if this is deemed necessary under exceptional market conditions and in the best interests of investors. The current maximum swing factor which may be applied will not exceed 2%.
