The Bank of New York Appointed by Goldman Sachs International to Provide Luxembourg Fund Services

LONDON, June 14, 2007 -- The Bank of New York, a global leader in securities servicing, has been appointed by Goldman Sachs International to provide a full range of fund services for its UCITS III Luxembourg Sicav. The Bank will act as depository bank, custodian, fund accountant, transfer agent and global collateral manager.
